During the healing process, minor itching, flaking or redness may appear.
Avoid the following activities for two days following a Dermapen procedure.
Direct UV exposure
- Excessively hot showers
- Further clinical treatments including microdermabrasion, laser, IPL, chemical peels and dermal fillers.
- Spray or self-tanning
- Swimming in chlorine pools or the oceans
- Tattooing (including cosmetic tattooing)
Makeup may be applied 24 hours post-procedure.
